My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“

“I had a plumbing emergency last night around 11 pm. Sewage backing up into the tub. I called Lakeview and a plumber arrived within 30 minutes. He was friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly. The price charged for an emergency, late-night, call was fair. I would use them again.“
“Honest company, fairly priced. Technician Andy was very knowledgeable on boiler systems and had our heat working right away. We had a poor experience with another company 2 months ago. Paid them a couple thousand and still no heat. Glad to have been referred to Flame! Will be using them now moving forward! The company didn’t ask for a good review either. Came here on my own because they deserve it!!“
