I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. When heat or air is out the importance is getting to the heart of the problem, quickly. My unit was fixed and the price was very fair for all that needed to be done.

It was noticed during our inspection that a part was wearing out. Rather then wait for a failure, we choose to be proactive and get it fixed. Once again we had Steve come out and replace the part. We got a nice discount because we have a maintenance plan with McCarver. As always, the tech was professional, courteous and got the repair done with an hour. The office staff are also awesome and very nice to work with. I have exclusively used McCarver for 8+ years now and will continue to stick with them and recommend them for all your HVAC needs.Update: We started to hear a rattle when the furnace started. Talk about impeccable, fast and friendly service! My gas meter was ripped off of the side of my house causing the my main gas line to break right at the threads. McCarver Mechanical made everything right the first time! From the hassle-free scheduling to end of services, I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!
