Frank came out and evaluated the situation by first checking different components of the AC system to ensure that he repaired only what was needed and explained everything as he worked. Frank identified the issue within 15 mins. Another 30 mins later everything was working smoothly and he was on his way. Frank, the technician, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed in no time. His thoroughness and expertise were immediately evident. Price was fair.
Called at 8:30 in the morning due to cooling issues and external A/C not running. Frank picked up my call. By 5pm the same day I had my system back up and running and Frank showed me everything I needed to know as a first time home owner with his son (Who was also named Andrew! Shout out to a fellow Drew).
Turns out, my external A/C unit was functioning as intended and they isolated the issues to a faulty thermostat and un-reactive condenser pump which they respectively switched out and fixed.
Heads up, they do have an initial up-front $150 service fee, but my new thermostat plus labor for the day was fairly priced at around ~$350 with a - year warranty!
