Excellent experience having my new furnace and A/C installed after 50 and 48 years respectively with my old units. Jeff and Nate were here exactly when Absolute said they would be, covered my entryway and staircase and began removing the old systems. It rained during the entire installation but they kept my home very clean, did the work efficiently and knowledgeably and then Nate showed me how to use my new thermostat. My home is warm and cozy, the furnace gently purrs, the only drawback is that I will be selling very soon but even that has a silver lining. The warranty on parts and labour is transferable to the new owners! Thanks to Wally, Jeff and Nate for giving me everything I needed, great pricing and workmanship and peace of mind, truly a fantastic team effort.
