I would like to thank family heating cooling and electrical for fixing my electrical issues thanks to the great work of the two techs Mario and Carson who were on time and very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed during the whole process.

The two technicians showed up on time to install a new water heater. They explained the process to me and then completed the installation quickly being carefully not to damage anything in the removal of the old water heater. The plumbing installation was done neatly with replacement of all the old gas and water valves and piping. Excellent job!

Amazing company. Have done many major projects in my house over the years besides routine inspections... from New AC, New Electrical Panel, and New partial house generator... recently the Generator sent a message about some trouble..Family came out .. found out the engine had some issues. Was able to work with Generac and get a new engine installed..all on warranty... you can't go wrong with Family!
