“What a great group of professionals that didn't leave us hanging over the Labor Day holiday, and worked their tails off to install a much needed new system. In all of the time that I've lived in my home, I've never had great air conditioning. Our upstairs was always warm, and cold in the winter. we need a new system, and it was in the 90's when it finally froze up for the last time. Dan made sure on the first day that we had air, I don't think he knows how much I appreciated him. The group he worked with was wonderful, I worked with Larry quite a bit regarding how to take care of my furnace and how to program our new thermostat from out of town if need be. What a nice and helpful person. I feel confident that I know what to do with my system after he went over everything with me. Also, and so importantly, you never feel like you're about to be ripped off. When an honest company, obviously I can't say enough about them. “I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment.
100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced. Phil made nothing but was kind enough to guide me through completion of my job. Thank you Phil! I'll be back when I need a replacement unit!
