I've been a customer of Nelson Bros. for close to 40 years. They are my #1 GO-TO plumbers. No one ever comes close.Today was a learning opportunity for our Nelson Brother's rep. When he noticed that the hose he was carrying leaked 'something' onto my carpet, he tried to fix the issue. What needs to happen here is a lesson in spot cleaning carpets. He was amiable to my lesson and suggestion of keeping Dawn Detergent on hand just in case another future oops occurs.Normally my rating would have been 5 stars, but 4 is equally as impressive since Nelson Brothers is the ONLY plumbing company I have servicing my home(s)Service: Plumbing leak repair

I had them install a backup Sump Pump 2.5 years, ago. It started humming. Called and it was still under warranty. Mitch came out and explained that the sump pump was still working but the drainage flap remained open because it touch the other one. I have two in one pit. He moved the sump pumps to provide more space. No more issues. What has made them my permanent plumbing company is that one of the Supervisors, Jeremy, did a follow up call. Wanted to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND, them.

Jim Simons is truly professional. He is customer service oriented and friendly. He explains the job and performs it above expectations. I have recommended Nelson Brothers to both family and friends.
