We have old plumbing, with lots of roots that cause issues, in a city that doesn’t make fixing it easy…we were doomed to a serious repair & dig up, which we wanted to avoid at ALL costs. Noah was great in explaining the situation, the options, and it looked like the outcome was inevitable. After the first 2 attempts weren’t successful, he sent out his BEST guy to give it one last shot before making the call to dig. Let me tell you, Seldon is a miracle worker!!! He was able to get through the roots, identified two more additional root balls causing problems, AND discovered a buried clean out in the yard that wasn’t visible until he spotted it when scoping.
