Noah, the Master Plumber and owner of Royal Plumbing called and showed me via the camera images his guys previously took that the cast iron pipe in my basement is deteriorated and is the cause of the water that comes up from my basement floor drain.The floor must be excavated to remove the old pipe remnants and a new pipe must be installed.He is filing a AAA Homeowners claim on my behalf for the removal of asbestos tiles that are in the path of the future excavation and an estimate of that work has been prepared to be forwarded to Noah for that claim.I'm currently awaiting news on the start of the work but do greatly thank Noah for his expertise and diagnosis and his...read full review

Seldon was excellent! Our home warranty company contacted Royal Plumbing after other companies failed to resolve our sewer line blockage, and we cannot be more pleased! Seldon was able to take care of us in less than 15 minutes, freeing up a huge tree root which was causing issues for us in the process.Since it was an emergency, we requested they come as soon as possible. Seldon gave me a call on the day of our appointment saying that due to a cancellation, he would be able to make it out several hours earlier.
