What a beautiful find!!! Well, I've finally found a professional, personable, reasonable and TRUSTWORTHY plumbing company. (Universal Plumbing Supply referred me to a private practice plumber who is fabulous - Ron Cotton . Ron referred me to Paradigm for descaling my tankless water heater - and they earned my trust and gratitude
I would definitely recommend Paradigm .. Mike orchestrated w the main office to get Andrew over to my 88yr old mothers home in a Very reasonable amount of time. Andrew G was extremely professional, cleaned up and most important was honest about the problem and solutions!!
We have used Paradigm Plumbing on multiple occasions - they are EXCELLENT!! With the latest plumbing repair, Mike R. was great! The fix didn't take too much time, he explained what needed to be done and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Paradigm for any plumbing job!
