Mark is very knowledgeable and very generous in helping his customers know every option available for their plumbing solutions. He patiently spent time educating me on the decision I needed to make for my sewage drain line. Great customer service begins with understanding your customer's need first before offering the option for solution. And Mark did just that for me.

Mark Downs plumbing is a honest ethical with a no nonsense approach, willing to do what it takes & takes the time to inform you exactly how & what should be done. Things he WON'T do is waist your time but he does give you the time to understand every process. He will be my GO TO person, when in need of his craft.

I've had Mark make several plumbing repairs over the past couple of years, and I must say that the consistency of his work is exemplary. He holds himself to a high standard in terms of the quality of his work and it shows: he considers it a form of artwork. It's extremely gratifying to have someone do some work for you that takes such pride in their work. Now, you may be able to get a lower price quote but the peace of mind you get from the quality of his work makes the cost well worth it.In addition, he is punctual, polite and respectful which is value added.Mark definitely deserves consideration!
