“Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call.

Regarding the owner’s response to my original review…I have been TRYING to reach out to you, but I haven’t got a response, which is exactly the point of my initial review. If you would like to reach out to me, you have my number. I won’t continue to call and text the same number with no response.

Words can’t express how grateful we are that my husband called this plumbing service. In a moment of panic and right as he was getting ready to leave for a long on-call shift a major plumbing issue came up that required shutting off water to our entire house.
This company truly came through for us. Our kids and animals could have been without water while my husband was on call, but they responded quickly and handled everything professionally.
