“Austin did a great job repairing the water leak. He was polite, explained what he would be doing, treated our home and belongings respectfully and worked efficiently.
This was a first time experience with Carters plumbing, and based on this experience, I will not hesitate to call them again if needed, or refer them to others if asked.”
“They sent a team out within the hour, Austin and his coworker were awesome! We just bought our house and when the city came to get a final read on the water meter, they alerted us about a leak… they had us squared away within the day, highly recommend!”
