“Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Briarwood is a certified Lochinvar installer and after reviewing my goals with them, we had the same vision to improve my layout of the boiler room. “What a great group of professionals that didn't leave us hanging over the Labor Day holiday, and worked their tails off to install a much needed new system. In all of the time that I've lived in my home, I've never had great air conditioning. Our upstairs was always warm, and cold in the winter. we need a new system, and it was in the 90's when it finally froze up for the last time. Dan made sure on the first day that we had air, I don't think he knows how much I appreciated him. The group he worked with was wonderful, I worked with Larry quite a bit regarding how to take care of my furnace and how to program our new thermostat from out of town if need be. What a nice and helpful person. I feel confident that I know what to do with my system after he went over everything with me. Also, and so importantly, you never feel like you're about to be ripped off. When an honest company, obviously I can't say enough about them. Definitely a five star operation, and I highly recommend!“
