Laura is SO talented! I've had my lips done by many different practitioners in the greater Portland area, but I've never been this happy with the outcome. I just got done completing my 12 week IOP program with Bishop. I got so much more out of it than I could’ve anticipated. Everybody was amazing if you are looking for a better understanding.and need help with mental health. It’s a wonderful program really is full of intelligent people that care and want to help others. I cannot say enough good things about Sonja and her talents, but here is a short list: Her warmth and welcoming personality made me feel immediately at home. I’ve been dealing with some health issues and have lost a lot of hair in a short amount of time, which does not make me feel good about my appearance. In my phone call to her Sonja must have sensed that I was in need of some TLC, and she made time for me to come in and see her wigs. She is what I consider an artist and a healer. I spent a few hours in her salon over two visits and I will definitely be coming back. I felt seen and cared for by her, and she went out of her way to track me down and make sure I did not leave town without all of my new goodies. The quality of her wigs, both acrylic and natural (I got one of each) is top notch. Thank you, Sonja. People like you make the world a better place 💗
The staff is so warm and welcoming, the food is spectacular, and I love that its a cozy, upscale, yet not pretentious, little restaurant the a quaint little section of south portland. Totally worth any wait!

I've seen Carolyn for over 25 years now and she is superlative in every way! I have had, over the years, rare times when the acrylic on a nail has popped off or I damaged the nail so that the acrylic had to be removed and my natural nail was in perfect shape! Carolyn has always been meticulous about the integrity of the products she uses and she brings artistry to her polishing. I love her as the fine person she is and respect her for her knowledge, skills and talent. I highly recommend A Perfect 10 nail salon!
Lovely people, and the basic pedicure at $35 is more than some salons give you with a spa pedicure. Excellent massage with a sugar scrub and hot stones. Super professional job, as well. This was my first time, but I'll be back!

I called the company and they came within the time frame we agreed on.The owner has all the equipment to clean my couch, carpet and chairs in his van. They pulled hoses up the stairs to my second floor apartment and cleaned our carpet and couch... It didn't take too long but they did a great job, would recommend . The owner took time to answer all our questions And he did not hurry off, we got some great Mexican food restaurant recommendations from him, he was very nice and personable

Snyder Plumbing is first class. We had a condo owner in our HOA have heat go out during a cold spell and Snyder was out there the next day to get it fixed. Pretty remarkable response time considering all the cold-weather related calls with this first cold snap. Work was good too, he had the heater going again after a quick repair. Having a senior dog puts us at the vet now often than we'd hope, but we're so lucky to have the staff at Cape to provide the best care possible for our sweet pup. We book with Dr. Dubois as often as possible, but all the doctors there are great. The vet techs and front office team are always very helpful with appointments and prescriptions, too.
I’ve been coming here for a while. On Sundays I came with a friend and we had a favorite teacher. When she left that schedule, we got a new teacher. Jess is great. Her description on the website says she was/is a dancer. I was worried. Her leadership through the postures is articulate. Her flow is smooth. She moves around the room so students can see her in the poses. Most of all, she reminds us to breathe, but not in a preachy manner.
I highly recommend the studio, too. It’s spacious, inviting, clean and well organized. Booking online is efficient. There’s plenty of free parking.

Jessica is an incredibly gifted woman! I found her on a whim a few years ago.
I had just dropped my kids off at camp and I came into the city to my Airbnb for the night. I was googling for massages and came across her reviews which made her stand out. On top of that, im pretty sure she was able to see me the same evening! (it might've been the next day). Soon after I walked out of receiving my massage - I had made sure to have pinned her location for my visit the following year. I was already afraid of being unable to locate her again! My third year returning, I got a little wiser and brought my other daughters to get some body work done. My oldest struggles with severe anxiety and it shows on her body - while my middle daughter has been really hard on her body (sports and just middle child energy). And I actually planned my trip last year so I could come back a second visit before leaving the area. I have yet to find someone who does body work even close to the way Jessica does - I really wish I was able to get to her more often! Her body work is worth every penny and then some!

Gabe is thorough and skilled at what he does. He has added treatments (e-stim, meridian massage, cupping, etc…) along with acupuncture that complement the service he provides. I’ve done acupuncture in the past with no perceivable results. When I first visited Gabe I was in a lot of pain, it took several weeks of treatment but it was the first time in a year that I had relief from the chronic issue! I would highly recommend.
Ryan might actually be a wizard. He is one of the most attentive and skilled professionals I’ve ever worked with. A few sessions with him helped me become pain free after a terrible sciatica flare up. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now.
