I’ve brought my cat here several times, they’ve always been respectful, kind, and provided excellent service. My cat is more than 20 years old, they haven’t pushed unnecessary services on me, and I’ve worked with me to ensure my cat lives and even longer life.
I’ve had hit or miss experiences here. They are sometimes hard to get ahold of by phone but I can always email and get a response the next day. Other times I’ve just showed up and spoken to someone at the front desk. I’ve only been a client for the past two years so I don’t know the difference over time but there is sometimes a conflict over when the drs are in office or not. I’ve showed up unplanned w a dog in pain and gotten immediate help and I’ve been there to put a pet to sleep and was treated with complete kindness and care so any other hiccups will be forgiven. This place is great!!!!! Brought my cat in for what I thought was a dry skin problem they did a through exam and found she didn't gave her antibiotics and another medication and sent her on her way
