This place is great!!!!! Brought my cat in for what I thought was a dry skin problem they did a through exam and found she didn't gave her antibiotics and another medication and sent her on her way

I cannot write enough good things about our Vet Hospital. They are extremely busy, and sometimes cannot get to the phone right away, but when they do I'm always greeted with kindness. Their Tech have talked to me over the phone countless times about symptoms and are always happy to have me bring the cats in to be seen, even that day. They answer all my silly questions and point me in the right direction. There's never any pressure or judgement. Dr. Allen said we have the most handsome cat in South Portland. The staff here is amazing. They are always busy but never crack. I've been going here for my two dogs for two years now and no matter how busy they are they take the time be professional, friendly and truly caring about my concerns and my pets issues. In today's world of understaffed and overwhelming foot traffic with new pet owners I'm amazed with the service and great personalities these guys have every day.
