I just got done completing my 12 week IOP program with Bishop. I got so much more out of it than I could’ve anticipated. Everybody was amazing if you are looking for a better understanding.and need help with mental health. It’s a wonderful program really is full of intelligent people that care and want to help others. It’s a great facility.. I owe them a lot.

I had the best experience at Bishop Health! I brushed up on DBT and CBT and I learned about some other types of therapy that I had never been exposed to before. My one-on-one therapist was terrific. He didn’t pull any punches with me and I really appreciated it because I was probably one of the oldest clients that ever attended and I was more than ready for a change. All the people working there are fantastic and I learned a lot from the other clients as well. It was a game changer for me and I highly recommend it for anyone. I’m so glad I took the time for myself in a safe and supportive environment.
Great staff, supportive environment. Very helpful for basic mental health education and assessment of individual needs. The highlight of this program is the group format that fosters support, connection and understanding.
