Great experience today with Tim. I called him concerning a possible odor coming from one of the heat pumps that Tim expertly installed a couple of years ago. He called me back immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly determined that the odor source was not coming from the heat pump and possibly from an electrical appliance. The odor has since dissipated and all is well. No charge visit. He wouldn’t even take home made cookies!
Tim has been plowing my driveway the past few winters and is very easy to communicate with, does a great job, and covers all of the details that you may miss. Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff are super friendly and lovely to everyone who comes in. They're really welcoming and kind; I honestly think they actually get to know everyone by name. I've been seeing Brendan for about a year now, and he's helped a ton with my migraine management because of neck/back pain. I'm also not great at figuring out what's causing some of my pain since I have a bunch of other pain issues. He's really helped me understand my own conditions better; my other doctors even appreciate his input! Having the urgent clinic right in the same office has also been so convenient for access and much faster to get seen and get the attention I needed when I wasn't feeling 100%. Awesome place with so much convenience and great patient support
