Everything was perfect.
One suggestion I might make is that for the person making the appointment for a new patient...they might describe a little bit about where the building is located and about parking. These are just small details but very helpful for a first-time patient. I passed by the building the first time thinking that it would be a professional building and with a little instruction I think I could have found it right away. Just a suggestion.

When in because I couldn't move my shoulder barely but when I left , I had full motion again, doctor malcolm is a very good chiropractor
