Went from having unbearable back pain day in and day out, to having finally having the relief I deserve. Dr.Malcom Williams is extremely gifted in his ability of being a chiropractor, 10/10 would recommend to anyone with pain.
The practice accepts Medicare insurance, which is a huge benefit. Everyone there is lovely. From the scheduling receptionist to Dr. Malcom himself. My sessions are brief but effective. He was willing to contact my PCP to advocate for me in order to get additional primary treatment from my doctor. Dr. Malcom was also interested in getting copies of my prior imaging. He genuinely wants to see positive results, whether it comes from his treatment or extra things I'm doing on my own time.My only real criticism is that some of my appointments tend to get started up to 15 minutes late. I assume that's because he's the only doctor there, and maybe he had more than one person...read full review
