He then provided a detailed written estimate less than an hour later. Danielle then got us on the schedule for the very next week. On the day of the install, the foreman, Jose, also showed up right on time, was also very friendly and professional, and also took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The crew arrived minutes later and immediately got to work. Throughout the day, Jose texted me photos of their progress, and they were done by 5:00, leaving the place spotless. “I did some masonry repairs on the outside of the building. I was in a boom lift using a rotary hammer around there break room window. They asked me to be quiet for an hour while they had there company Christmas party which I agreed too. Shortly after that we were invited in to have food.“

“We had Dave out to our house a couple weeks ago. He called me ahead of time to go over the problem and literally diagnosed the issue over the phone based on what I told him. We had a leak showing inside the bathroom ceiling and he said it was most likely the vent pipe gasket in the roof versus an entire roof job. Sure enough when he came over the next day he said he could see the gasket all cracked from the ground. He and his assistant put up the ladder and fixed the problem and were done in less than 90 minutes. Efficient, honest, reliable are how I would describe Dave and his work. This repair cost us about $600 for both pipe gaskets instead of a $10k+ roof job. I highly recommend Dave if you're looking for roof repairs.“
