Pretty remarkable response time considering all the cold-weather related calls with this first cold snap. Work was good too, he had the heater going again after a quick repair. Third attempt installed a stronger floor and no longer squeaky. This was over a 3 month period. The did not seem to care and manager acted like we should just accept it.
