We started with Big Blue Bug a year ago this past November. We started with deer mice and and then had a few rats due to an infestation in our neighborhood. I will say from day one it has been the best experience to help get rid of this issue and to keep maintaining the issue. Today Zach came and did his complete service inside and outside. He called my husband to give an ETA of his arrival time which is very helpful where I work from home. He came in and was just so nice, polite and knowledgeable.
