They did an excellent job and cleaned up
Very well. However, I was disappointed that the work was done by sub contractor under Horsch supervision. It was also difficult to communicate with the Spanish speaking crew. There were several instances where it was difficult to make my wishes known . Unfortunately the Horch project manager also had limited Spanish.
I used Horch for a new standing seam metal roof on my home in Freeport. The process, starting with quote development and negotiation to handoff to project manager, was seamless. The roof looks great, and I plan on engaging them again to install new gutters. I have had a bad experience with a roofer in the past so it was nice to have a highly positive one. Highly recommend Horch for your roofing needs.
Horch did an excellent job for us, twice now. Once the materials arrived they were right on it and took care of the work in two days. They came back and solved two minor concerns right away and left us very satisfied.
