“RT Services came to my home today to inspect the plumbing as part of my Services Package with your company (which I greatly recommend). Caleb and Cameron are top notch in every way. Recommendations were made when I asked about repairs and/or installations that may be needed in the future along with prioritizations for them. Caleb showed me a leak under the kitchen sink he found as part of the inspection so the old valves were replaced while they were here in a quick and professional fashion. I was very appreciative that it was discovered and repaired. They were friendly and patient answering many questions as we went through my home and also when the inspection was completed. It was such a pleasure dealing with people who are well informed and professional in the trade - all too rare today. I would have them back in an instant for any plumbing issue I have. There are plumbers and contractors in my family so I greatly appreciate the thoroughness. I look forward to having them back in the future for the work I need.“

“The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!“

“After 14 years Fridinger-Ritchie just performed a second water heater replacement for us. I called around for quotes but once again no one could beat their price. I called them on a Monday, described what I wanted, and they had someone here on Tuesday afternoon with the new water heater ready to do the work. Most other places wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, some wanting to charge me just to visit and provide a quote. There technician Paul did an excellent job, he was courteous, efficient, and very clean. I really have to give these guys 5 stars.“

“Shawley’s was an answer to prayer. For the past two years I was trying to find a way to remove two propane tanks filled with gas used for grilling. One was 8 years old (disconnected it due to smelling propane when in use) and the other was 4 years old (just stopped using the grill). There is no problem getting rid of empty tanks, but a tank with gas is another story. I wasn’t comfortable trying to burn off the gas from my old grill. So I decided to contact companies who dealt with these tanks. No success until I called Shawley’s. Even though I was not a customer, they told me they would pick them up for a small service fee. I was so thrilled knowing they would soon be gone! Like I said at the beginning of this story, Shawley’s was my answer to pray. ?❤️?“

A few weeks later my church’s hvac unit went out on Wednesday night, they were the first and only company we called! They had us up and fixed the next day!
