He is friendly and professional, just a nice hardworking guy who knows his stuff. He really wants to help make your system last for many years. He helped maintain my previous unit, then a year ago the old unit died, and he replaced the inside unit with a new one, and replaced the outside fan with a new Goodman variable speed fan. It is really energy efficient, works great, and I love it. I have saved a lot on energy bills and am a happy customer. Thank you!”
