Not only was he efficient, he was kind and so helpful. Within 15 minutes the temperature dropped from 99 degrees to just above 80 degrees and still dropping. I am so incredibly grateful for Brian. The first time he came, he spotted the issue right away and told me how to defrost the unit so that he could come back the next day to fix it without having to charge me while he defrosted it.
