They were fast, reliable, friendly and did a very good job at a reasonable price, the Tech was honest with me about my hot water heater and the rust and said when you are ready to replace give us a call and we will be happy to work out payment arrangements. I have never had a place bill me for the service performed, they did and I paid immediately, businesses just do not trust anymore and I can't blame them. Would use them over again.

Our hot water heater overheated last week, flooding our basement. Since then they have sent 4 technicians to fix it and STILL NO HOT WATER...stating that the required part won't be delivered until Friday. When I asked how much for a new one they quoted me a price of $1100, when I can get one at Lowe's for $419. I called and canceled ALL existing work orders, pissing them off I guess, and going with someone who knows what they're doing and won't RIP me off.
