Phil and team from RT services responded promptly when our water heater went out this past Saturday. The RT team showed up on time and were professional and courteous. The new tankless Rinnai water heater install was first rate and performs perfectly. Phil even took time to address a water pressure issue for one of our showers that was out of scope for the days work. He fixed what I thought would be a costly repair in minutes and for very little additional expense. RT Services is a first rate plumbing and HVAC company. I highly recommend them.

So once again I had the pleasure of using RT Services for an appliance install at our house. As always, the job went very well,arrived on time, polite and professional. I have recommended RT many times and will continue to do so.

Great experience. Friendly, efficient, and professional. They came in, assessed the work, provided a detailed estimate, did the work, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they did. I HIGHLY recommend them.
