I highly recommend MS Johnston for great products and excellent customer service. Our old furnace went up a few years ago and we reached out to MS Johnston for a quote. The turnaround was quick, service techs were informative and helped with recommendation not only for a new HVAC unit, but also for a way to make our space work better. We purchased a new high efficiency gas furnace, for which they helped us get tax credits from the state of MD. The unit has been great, and subsequent service to our AC and humidifier units has been prompt and excellent. We highly recommend MS Johnston for HVAC needs.

M.S. Johnson is a terrific company as it is first in customer service as well as they have so many terrific items you want and need in your home as well as so many more that you do not even think of until you are in the store and you cannot stop looking as it is so much to take in! I guarantee you will purchase your needs and know that you will be back for more over and over again! I also want to add that they are reasonably priced as well.
