I had such a wonderful experience with Kim. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I was part of the process. She was incredibly informative, always available, and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way.
One of the things I loved most was how she kept me updated from the very start. She shared photos of the mom during her pregnancy, pictures from the day the puppies were born, and even sent regular videos as they grew. It truly made me feel connected to my puppy long before I was able to bring her home.

David and the team at Maryland Clean Rides did an outstanding job installing paint protection film (PPF) on our first Shore To Summit Outfitter adventure truck.
From the moment I picked up the truck, it was clear they take tremendous pride in their work. The vehicle looked immaculate. It was fully detailed, old decal residue was removed, and every section of the PPF was installed flawlessly.
After taking the truck on its first real adventure and loading and unloading our rooftop tent, with keys and carabiners rubbing against the protected surfaces, the film performed exactly as intended.

I’m pretty picky, like a thorough spray and usually go home to do my own blending/touch ups after, but Hanna has all that covered AND uses the setting powder which is a game changer! It's an unorthodox setup, but that doesn't matter to me! In fact, it's kinda cozy in a way. I have very fine hair (and a lot of it!), but that doesn't stop their hairdressers from being able to make my mop look good unlike other places I've been where they accidentally cut my hair diagonally or miss a bunch. Staff is very nice and understanding as well. Every time I've come out of here after a haircut, I've felt pretty good about it and received compliments. Definitely recommend!

Brooke is absolutely amazing!! Best esthetician in Maryland I have ever been to by far!! Most places just paint a mask on, wipe them off, etc. Brooke actually takes her time to establish her clients needs & concerns while creating a comfortable & relaxing environment. My elderly parent's well pump failed and they were out of water. They placed a call to First Class Mechanical and they showed up the same day. Not only did they have the needed parts on their truck, but they were experts, very professional, and made sure that my parents had their water back up before an impending Winter storm. I am very thankful to Gary and his team for the quick, professional, and excellent work! On top of it all, they were exceedingly reasonable in terms of pricing. We will keep First Class Mechanical on speed dial for any future repairs.
A few days before July 4, 2022, we experienced an extremely slow draining sink. After disassembling and cleaning out everything I could reach, the situation only improved slightly.Since I had used Doug Pittenger and his father to complete a prior plumbing job, I called them again for assistance. Doug returned my call almost immediately and as promised, showed up at my house the next day to correct the problem.He had to snake the pipe lwith a power cleaner. Now everything is open and flowing freely again. Thank you Doug for a job quickly completed and well done.

Tom is the man! He is a very nice person and doesn't just try to sell you parts. I work on my own things around the home, diagnos3d the problems myself He confirmed for my dryer. I was going to spend about $80 in parts, tom gave me the option of buying the whole assembley (easier to replace rather than all the mechinisms) I did that instead. Go figure 2 weeks later my washing machine broke. I went in to try and buy the pump. He said he garunteed me there is something stuck in the pump, he was hesitant on selling me the part. He gave me a few options on what to do, I said mt wife has been on me for a week about getting the washer back as we have three kids (you can imagine the laundry) 🤣 I just went ahead and bought the part, came home did what he said and a penny came out (holding the impeller up from spinning) I stuck the new pump on and now have a back up! Thank you for the time and dedication sir! I will be back in the future!

As a new home owner, I was very eager to get some general maintenance done on my newly acquired townhouse and so we made an appointment with Keppler Contracting to get the place looking in top shape. I have to say, we are impressed! They arrived right on time and scheduled follow-up appointments to ensure that the work got done in a timely manner. He installed new fixtures and did some general outdoor maintenance and power washing. The rain didn't even deter him even though we offered for him to wait it out inside. This company is obviously dedicated to putting in the hard work required for a quality outcome. Everything looks fantastic, the house looks in better shape then it did when we started renting! We knew Dun-Rite was the right choice before work ever started. Navigating the 203k loan process can be confusing and it was challenging to find a lender who had enough experience to properly walk us through the process. Bonnie at Dun-Rite spent time going through the process and answering all of our questions. She was great at following up with the lender and really helped move things along. It was above and beyond what you would expect from the contractor’s side of things.
Once work started, things moved quickly. It was clear that Scott is passionate about his work and ensuring that the homeowner has a positive experience. He was reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. He showed up when he said he would, did good work, and ensured that he cleaned up after himself each and every day. We had never used a contractor prior to our experience with Dun-Rite, but my understanding is that our experience with Dun-Rite is not the experience a lot of other contractors provide.
We would choose Dun-Rite again!

Merrell Building Enterprises, Inc. remodeled 2 of our bathrooms in the summer of 2023. My husband and I were impressed with the owner, Moses, at our initial meeting. He was knowledgeable, organized and personable. At the meeting, he provided us with a written pamphlet with specific information about his company. Shortly after our meeting, he sent us an estimate/proposal for our project.
Linda and Greg, our site supervisors, were professional, accommodating and efficient. They always informed us in advance what work was going to be done and the date/time that the workers would be arriving and leaving our house. They listened to our feedback and addressed any questions or concerns in a timely fashion.
The skilled workers were punctual, hard-working, polite and competent. They went to great lengths to protect our home from damage and to clean up after completing their work.

Vancal Pest Solutions is extremely thorough and uses safe products for our pets. We had both small and large carpenter ants that were trying to destroy the house as well as spiders. Mr. Smith was reasonably priced compared to other companies who are out to dry your pockets. I was given a really good estimate because not only do I have ants all the time, I have bad mosquitoes. On very short notice, they came out and noticed exactly what we needed. Our yard was uneven, had a lot of dead grass, and most of all was very muddy. It only took one day for them to install 3 pipes to divert water, aerate, lay top soil and straw, and overseed the entire lawn! They even came back and put fertilizer out for us, free of charge. We were on a tight budget, and they had extremely fair and competitive pricing. We liked them so much that within a week, we had them come back to lay new soil and fix our front garden. Absolutely would recommend!

I have to say, out of all of the dental offices that I’ve been to, Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry is by far one of the most welcoming environments I’ve ever been in. The front desk reception is easily the best I've ever experienced at a dental office. Anne and Debbie at the front desk are very helpful and attentive, always willing to help out in any way they can. I see Kim for my cleanings, and she always does an excellent job and is willing to answer any questions I have. Dr. Ilyas is always very helpful and attentive. This place is a game changer. Everyone in the office is very pleasant. Dr. Puritz is amazing. First meeting he spent a good 20 minutes reviewing my MRI and medical history. He then explained everything and how he would help me. Been going for 3 weeks and already feeling a differents. Great place highly recommend!!!

We needed to find a new veterinarian after moving to the area from Baltimore, and we’re so glad we found Westminster Veterinary Hospital. We’ve been coming here for the past three months, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they make us feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Stamper is excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cares about the animals. We’re very happy to have found a vet we trust and would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Wiles and his assistant, Ryan are wonderful. ? They have treated my miniature horses with kindness and respect and worked extra hard to get to the source of lameness for my gelding, Georgie McLittle.
This review is a long time coming. We have 5 pets, 2 dogs, Makena and Kuki, and 3 cats, Chérie, Carmela and Emanuele, and all are trated by Dr. Wimmer, Dr. Sprando and the entire team at Carroll County Vet. We've recently had some scares, and the team has been our lifeline. The most difficult situation for us has been the ongoing treatment of Carmela and if it weren't for the incredible dedication of this amazing team of professionals I don't even know where we'd be. To all of you, our utmost grattitude for always being there for us and our babies, and for the care and love you've been showing our Carmela. Recently switched here from Banfield, Airpark is AMAZING. When calling you get straight to the front desk, they get you in quickly, they greet you with smiles, the waiting room is spacious and clean, as well as the exam rooms. And Dr.Hawksworth takes her time to thoroughly go over the animals care and a care plan for the future.
2/12/26 I can’t say enough about the care we received last night at CCAE. The staff was amazing! They went out their way to take care of our cat while constantly communicating treatment plans and options. We were there for hours and were consistently updated with his progress. They were kind, straightforward, patient and so very helpful. They were also, very cognizant of how expensive emergency care can be and took great care to make sure our little guy got the treatment he needed without unnecessary cost. When you are scared and trying to make decisions, that is very much appreciated. Our medical team was not only compassionate to our family but to other clients as well. While there, we witnessed their treatment of several devastated pet owners who unfortunately had to make life altering decisions for their pets. So THANK YOU Riley, Colleen P., Colleen M., Kelsey, Stephanie and Dr. Schulze. You not only saved our Jagger, but you got us through one terrible night❤️
Norma has always been wonderful with our dogs. She has been taking care of our dogs for about 10 years. Always a pleasure doing business with her and she takes such good care of our furry family members.

Can’t speak highly enough of Drew— came in with a chronic exertional compartment syndrome which had been treated with multiple surgeries and botox with minimal success. I hadn’t been able to run in years.
He has a breadth of knowledge about muscle/fascia that is unparalleled, and decided to use a combination of scraping (graston like), cupping and massage.
Within a day, the chronic stasis dermatitis I have had for years was resolving. It felt so strange to suddenly not have constant pain in my legs. After a few sessions (approx 4 weeks apart), I’ve been able to return to running. I hadn’t been able to get anywhere close to running despite multiple surgeries, injections and and PT and he got me there with a few painless one hour sessions.
My only “complaint” is that his office is far from Baltimore, but it is well worth the trip.
Great work on my TMJ issues. Very accommodating to what works best for you. Very knowledgeable about how your body works, explains what you are experiencing, what she's doing, what to expect. I felt like I was in good hands. Already scheduled follow up appointments.

I want to thank Alyssa and everyone at physical therapy, I had my appointment with Dr Polsky today and he is very happy with how great my shoulder has healed and my progress. He released me today and said I don’t need to have any more therapy appointments just keep up my home therapy and stretching so thank you again for everything.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I was sent to Pivot after almost dying in a car wreck, and they treated me like family. Each visit felt like going to a friends house, yet I also got such phenomenal care and healing that worked for my body & my progress. I will be grateful to the team here forever.

It's been several years since I was here, but the service and support is excellent. Compassionate therapists who helped me recover from a head-on collision when a kid lost control of his vehicle and hit us. It can be triggering to talk about, so I hadn't left a review in years. Looking back, I am very grateful for the physical therapy provided here for many, many months of recovery.
Chris at Rebound therapy is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Well, let's be honest everyone at Rebound is amazing. Chris is Caring, attentive and so very knowledgeable!!!
