I had such a wonderful experience with Kim. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I was part of the process. She was incredibly informative, always available, and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way.
One of the things I loved most was how she kept me updated from the very start. She shared photos of the mom during her pregnancy, pictures from the day the puppies were born, and even sent regular videos as they grew. It truly made me feel connected to my puppy long before I was able to bring her home.

David and the team at Maryland Clean Rides did an outstanding job installing paint protection film (PPF) on our first Shore To Summit Outfitter adventure truck.
From the moment I picked up the truck, it was clear they take tremendous pride in their work. The vehicle looked immaculate. It was fully detailed, old decal residue was removed, and every section of the PPF was installed flawlessly.
After taking the truck on its first real adventure and loading and unloading our rooftop tent, with keys and carabiners rubbing against the protected surfaces, the film performed exactly as intended.

My son and I visited the mall location for the first time recently. Been to the original location a handful of times and always satisfied with every cut I’ve gotten. This time, I went to Chris Jr. for the first time. Amazing cut and great conversations giving the feel of an old school barbershop. Fade was on point and even cleaned up my beard and blended it with the fade. Amazing. Taken me 6 years to find this quality at such a reasonable price in Westminster. I will be requesting Chris Jr. every time now.

It's an unorthodox setup, but that doesn't matter to me! In fact, it's kinda cozy in a way. I have very fine hair (and a lot of it!), but that doesn't stop their hairdressers from being able to make my mop look good unlike other places I've been where they accidentally cut my hair diagonally or miss a bunch. Staff is very nice and understanding as well. Every time I've come out of here after a haircut, I've felt pretty good about it and received compliments. Definitely recommend!

Brooke is absolutely amazing!! Best esthetician in Maryland I have ever been to by far!! Most places just paint a mask on, wipe them off, etc. Brooke actually takes her time to establish her clients needs & concerns while creating a comfortable & relaxing environment. Our well pump went up on Friday night of Labor Day weekend leaving us with no water. I called First Class Mechanical that night and they had 2 techs at our home bright and early Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our pump for a fair price. Water was flowing by 9:30 the next morning. The techs were very courteous and we are very happy with the service we received.
A few days before July 4, 2022, we experienced an extremely slow draining sink. After disassembling and cleaning out everything I could reach, the situation only improved slightly.Since I had used Doug Pittenger and his father to complete a prior plumbing job, I called them again for assistance. Doug returned my call almost immediately and as promised, showed up at my house the next day to correct the problem.He had to snake the pipe lwith a power cleaner. Now everything is open and flowing freely again. Thank you Doug for a job quickly completed and well done.
These guys are awesome. The floor had rotted beneath a toilet and needed to be ripped up and replaced. George did a fantastic job. He was quick and thorough. He even checked the supply piping even though it did not impact what he was doing. They were highly recommended by a neighbor and lived up to the her praises.

Mark and his team upgraded our electric panels on our 25 year old house. They were quick to respond, got the work done fast, were meticulous in the work they did. Took care of the permits, inspections and BGE upgrades. Work is solid! This is the second big project Mark and his team have done at our house, previously they added 3 ceiling fans and a winch for our 2 story foyer light (game changer!!!). Totally recommend them! Really nice group to work with.
We were renovating our barn in advance of our son's wedding and hired New Line to do the electrical work. It was not typical job that required a lot of out of the box problem solving and they proved to be up to the challenge. The did a great job and go it done on time.

As a new home owner, I was very eager to get some general maintenance done on my newly acquired townhouse and so we made an appointment with Keppler Contracting to get the place looking in top shape. I have to say, we are impressed! They arrived right on time and scheduled follow-up appointments to ensure that the work got done in a timely manner. He installed new fixtures and did some general outdoor maintenance and power washing. The rain didn't even deter him even though we offered for him to wait it out inside. This company is obviously dedicated to putting in the hard work required for a quality outcome. Everything looks fantastic, the house looks in better shape then it did when we started renting! Merrell Building Enterprises, Inc. remodeled 2 of our bathrooms in the summer of 2023. My husband and I were impressed with the owner, Moses, at our initial meeting. He was knowledgeable, organized and personable. At the meeting, he provided us with a written pamphlet with specific information about his company. Shortly after our meeting, he sent us an estimate/proposal for our project.
Linda and Greg, our site supervisors, were professional, accommodating and efficient. They always informed us in advance what work was going to be done and the date/time that the workers would be arriving and leaving our house. They listened to our feedback and addressed any questions or concerns in a timely fashion.
The skilled workers were punctual, hard-working, polite and competent. They went to great lengths to protect our home from damage and to clean up after completing their work.

We recently had a full kitchen remodel performed by QBI. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and the results. They created a design for the kitchen that made excellent use for the space and even gave us various estimates and design plans to choose from. Deanna guided us in the showroom with choosing cabinet styles, flooring, backsplash tile, fixtures, and countertops (she was also great in communicating with us via email / phone). Brian, Matt, and crew were involved in the project from demo to completion. I would not hesitate at all to give QBI first look at any remodeling project knowing that the quality, workmanship, and communication is top-tier. We're so happy with our new kitchen! We called a couple of places when we discovered a large and hard to get to yellow jacket colony in our siding. He made sure he cold stop by to look later that same day. He returned the following morning with he specialized equipment needed, and got rid of the colony for us.
He was easy to work with, did a great job, and was reasonably priced.
We signed up for their quarterly service since we needed a new company and had a great experience.

They not only got rid of our rodent problem but the also removed all the contaminated insulation and installed newService: Rodent extermination
On very short notice, they came out and noticed exactly what we needed. Our yard was uneven, had a lot of dead grass, and most of all was very muddy. It only took one day for them to install 3 pipes to divert water, aerate, lay top soil and straw, and overseed the entire lawn! They even came back and put fertilizer out for us, free of charge. We were on a tight budget, and they had extremely fair and competitive pricing. We liked them so much that within a week, we had them come back to lay new soil and fix our front garden. Absolutely would recommend!

I had an excellent experience with E.P.R. Tree & Multi Services after a recent storm snapped two of my trees in half, sending the tops into my neighbor’s yard. Despite being very busy with storm-related calls, they were incredibly responsive and scheduled me for the following Sunday.
When they arrived, the team was professional and courteous. They confirmed the full scope of the job—including removing the fallen tree tops from my neighbor’s yard and taking out the remaining halves that were still standing in the ground. They also trimmed overhanging branches from another tree above my pool. They got to work immediately and were impressively fast and efficient.
What really stood out was the thorough cleanup. They didn’t leave a single piece of debris behind—both my yard and my neighbor’s yard were spotless when they finished. Their pricing was very fair, especially given the quality and speed of the service.

I can’t stress enough how helpful the team at Lewis Family Chiropractic was! If you are being told to get back surgery, visit them first. They have the equipment and technical expertise to heal your back. Often back surgery just means future problems. My strength in my leg and drop foot is healed after the 20 session program. They are a great bunch of folks to work with. Dr Greg and Dr Tim are extremely knowledgeable and truly try to get to the cause of the problem so the treatment methods are effective. A huge thanks to the entire team for giving me my health back!
I've had a hard time finding a chiropractor that I was comfortable with since we moved, and finally found Carroll Chiropractic. Every single member of the staff is peronable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had chronic lower back pain and finally found relief. Bonus points for finding a serious kidney issue that was contributing to pain and had been overlooked for years. I HIGHLY recommend them!
This place is a game changer. Everyone in the office is very pleasant. Dr. Puritz is amazing. First meeting he spent a good 20 minutes reviewing my MRI and medical history. He then explained everything and how he would help me. Been going for 3 weeks and already feeling a differents. Great place highly recommend!!!

We needed to find a new veterinarian after moving to the area from Baltimore, and we’re so glad we found Westminster Veterinary Hospital. We’ve been coming here for the past three months, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they make us feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Stamper is excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cares about the animals. We’re very happy to have found a vet we trust and would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Wiles and his assistant, Ryan are wonderful. ? They have treated my miniature horses with kindness and respect and worked extra hard to get to the source of lameness for my gelding, Georgie McLittle.
This review is a long time coming. We have 5 pets, 2 dogs, Makena and Kuki, and 3 cats, Chérie, Carmela and Emanuele, and all are trated by Dr. Wimmer, Dr. Sprando and the entire team at Carroll County Vet. We've recently had some scares, and the team has been our lifeline. The most difficult situation for us has been the ongoing treatment of Carmela and if it weren't for the incredible dedication of this amazing team of professionals I don't even know where we'd be. To all of you, our utmost grattitude for always being there for us and our babies, and for the care and love you've been showing our Carmela. Recently switched here from Banfield, Airpark is AMAZING. When calling you get straight to the front desk, they get you in quickly, they greet you with smiles, the waiting room is spacious and clean, as well as the exam rooms. And Dr.Hawksworth takes her time to thoroughly go over the animals care and a care plan for the future.
2/12/26 I can’t say enough about the care we received last night at CCAE. The staff was amazing! They went out their way to take care of our cat while constantly communicating treatment plans and options. We were there for hours and were consistently updated with his progress. They were kind, straightforward, patient and so very helpful. They were also, very cognizant of how expensive emergency care can be and took great care to make sure our little guy got the treatment he needed without unnecessary cost. When you are scared and trying to make decisions, that is very much appreciated. Our medical team was not only compassionate to our family but to other clients as well. While there, we witnessed their treatment of several devastated pet owners who unfortunately had to make life altering decisions for their pets. So THANK YOU Riley, Colleen P., Colleen M., Kelsey, Stephanie and Dr. Schulze. You not only saved our Jagger, but you got us through one terrible night❤️
Katie is wonderful and does a great job with our dog. Our dog Ginger loves Ms Katie and is happy everytime we go see her to get groomed. Ginger comes home smelling so good and clean with a cute bandana. Highly recommend!!!!!
Norma has always been wonderful with our dogs. She has been taking care of our dogs for about 10 years. Always a pleasure doing business with her and she takes such good care of our furry family members.
When I first spoke to Su, I thought maybe she would not want to groom Angus, who is a Scottie/Schnauzer mix. He does not weigh a great deal but he has long legs. She did a fabulous job and Angus looks wonderful. It has been very difficult for me to find a good groomer and if Su will keep Angus as a client, we will keep her. Thank You Su!

Can’t speak highly enough of Drew— came in with a chronic exertional compartment syndrome which had been treated with multiple surgeries and botox with minimal success. I hadn’t been able to run in years.
He has a breadth of knowledge about muscle/fascia that is unparalleled, and decided to use a combination of scraping (graston like), cupping and massage.
Within a day, the chronic stasis dermatitis I have had for years was resolving. It felt so strange to suddenly not have constant pain in my legs. After a few sessions (approx 4 weeks apart), I’ve been able to return to running. I hadn’t been able to get anywhere close to running despite multiple surgeries, injections and and PT and he got me there with a few painless one hour sessions.
My only “complaint” is that his office is far from Baltimore, but it is well worth the trip.
My experience was great! My therapist was on time, listened and executed on what I wanted the treatment to be on, asked numerous times if the pressure was ok. The atmosphere and the accommodation were outstanding. I would highly recommend North Woods Massage Therapy to someone looking pain management or just for a relaxing massage.

This is, by far, the finest physical therapy practice I’ve ever been associated with. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They’re not juggling 3 patients at the same time as with most practices. I’ve been given undivided attention by Alex and Lindsey and I’m making progress.

It's been several years since I was here, but the service and support is excellent. Compassionate therapists who helped me recover from a head-on collision when a kid lost control of his vehicle and hit us. It can be triggering to talk about, so I hadn't left a review in years. Looking back, I am very grateful for the physical therapy provided here for many, many months of recovery.
