We have an amazing experience with Modern Home Services. Our Kitchenaid refrigerator stopped working just after a year of purchasing. Modern Home Services gave us some suggestions over the phone to try before coming out. Unfortunately, they still had to come out to take a look at the refrigerator. When they came out they advised me to look at the owners manual which stated there was a two year warranty on the condenser (despite Kitchenaid previously telling it was not under warranty). We appreciate Modern Home Services honesty, quick scheduling, and knowledge!! Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future for any appliance service needs.
The delivery was sooner than expected, the staff kept me informed of delivery status, they were professional, polite, and efficient. I could not be happier with the entire delivery experience.
Needed a part for my electric dryer so gave Modern Home Services a call to see if they could help me out. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful and the gentleman that waited on me in store knew exactly the problem I was experiencing & was very knowledgeable & friendly. The part was in stock thankfully & reasonably priced.
