Tom is the man! He is a very nice person and doesn't just try to sell you parts. I work on my own things around the home, diagnos3d the problems myself He confirmed for my dryer. I was going to spend about $80 in parts, tom gave me the option of buying the whole assembley (easier to replace rather than all the mechinisms) I did that instead. Go figure 2 weeks later my washing machine broke. I went in to try and buy the pump. He said he garunteed me there is something stuck in the pump, he was hesitant on selling me the part. He gave me a few options on what to do, I said mt wife has been on me for a week about getting the washer back as we have three kids (you can imagine...read full review
We have an amazing experience with Modern Home Services. Our Kitchenaid refrigerator stopped working just after a year of purchasing. Modern Home Services gave us some suggestions over the phone to try before coming out. Unfortunately, they still had to come out to take a look at the refrigerator. When they came out they advised me to look at the owners manual which stated there was a two year warranty on the condenser (despite Kitchenaid previously telling it was not under warranty). We appreciate Modern Home Services honesty, quick scheduling, and knowledge!! Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future for any appliance service needs.
The delivery was sooner than expected, the staff kept me informed of delivery status, they were professional, polite, and efficient. I could not be happier with the entire delivery experience.
