I greatly appreciated his initial thorough evaluation, asking and listening about my situation to customize my therapy sessions so I can get the most out of them on-site and also what I can work on at home. Every staff member has treated me with professionalism and genuine kindness. Every question from scheduling to treatment is address with thorough detail. I never feel that I'm being given an answer to just move me along.
