I would fully recommend them. They did a wonderful job . They arrive at the scheduled time and call ahead to let you know that they're coming. They are very knowledgeable about the appliances they service. They answer any questions completely so that you understand. They also are very pet friendly. This to me was important as I have a number of pets. They make sure that doors are shut and pets Don't Escape. After cleaning my dryer and replacing parts that needed replacement I immediately referred them to a friend of mine who also felt that they did a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed.

Only second time I've needed an appliance repair. First time was over 20 years ago for a 2 year old Maytag Neptune washer in my new house at the time in Westminster. Friday evening my GE Range died. Called Scott & Sons Monday morning at 9:30 am. Right after lunch 3 hours after my call at 12:45 pm Arron was at my door. Part was needed so repair would be delayed until Wednesday. Tuesday (just now) Aaron just left having installed the part. Can't over emphasize how great and professional Scott & Sons Appliance Repair is. Over 20 years and they are still the same great place. Highly recommend them.

Jeff and his son Zach from Scott and Sons came out to take a look at our LG dryer, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided.

They were punctual, professional, and easy to talk to right from the start. What stood out most was their honesty - they took the time to thoroughly assess the issue and gave clear, straightforward advice without trying to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find that level of integrity these days.

They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated, and left me feeling confident about the next steps instead of guessing or worrying.
