I called Apple at 7:40am to report my AC was not working. The staff over the phone were friendly and prompt. They said they could get a technician out between 8-10 that morning. Rick and his assistant came at 9. They identified the problem and had our AC up and running in a very short amount of time. The price we paid was more than fair. We are extremely satisfied and will use Apple again without hesitation. Great job!
