Big time shout out to Julio for his outstanding customer service today. He is polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We are so thrilled to have someone come to our home and upgrade our current water treatment system to more modern standards. His creativity made it so that we could combine the working parts of our old system with new upgraded parts so that maintenance would be hassle free for us and we will continue to have delicious and healthy filtered water. Sterling has been great. They had us scheduled within a week after coming out. The installers, Julio and Cody did a great job with the new Neutralizer and pressure tank replacement. The work was neat and tidy, they cleaned up and were professional from start to finish. Best part was the price— much more affordable than some other competing companies (for the same products). Looking forward to better water!
