I really wanted to like this business however I came to realize the owner has questionable business practices. We meet and exchanged numbers at Crownsville. Eventually I made contact for consult and possible install for sister locks. As expected she sent me and invoice for the consult and deposit for install which would've guaranteed the dates of install I had requested. The total would've been $360 but I didn't have the total price of the install plus I didn't know her. That's the purpose of the consult which I paid $60.
