“We knew Dun-Rite was the right choice before work ever started. Navigating the 203k loan process can be confusing and it was challenging to find a lender who had enough experience to properly walk us through the process. Bonnie at Dun-Rite spent time going through the process and answering all of our questions. She was great at following up with the lender and really helped move things along. It was above and beyond what you would expect from the contractor’s side of things.

Once work started, things moved quickly. It was clear that Scott is passionate about his work and ensuring that the homeowner has a positive experience. He was reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. He showed up when he said he would, did good work, and ensured that he cleaned up after himself each and every day. We had never used a contractor prior to our experience with Dun-Rite, but my understanding is that our experience with Dun-Rite is not the experience a lot of other contractors provide.
