There were no crazy sales pitches...he was honestly just interested in helping to solve my issues. And talk about quick turnaround! From the moment I reached out, within 24 hours, I had solutions. Louis discovered that our radon mediator ventilation tube had been sitting well below where it should be on our roofline, (ever since we had an addition put on above our garage). The fan in our mediator was not functioning well AND there was a huge leak where the pipe had basically come free from the fan outside...the company replaced it with a new model the same day they came out to investigate our issue (FYI our mediator was 20+ years old). Just an excellent experience, and the radon is consistently down well below 1 in our basement. Highly recommend!”
