He even used his own materials and **did not charge us for his time or the work**\.
What impressed me most wasn’t simply that he didn’t charge us—it was **why**\. Tyler explained that he believes in being honest with people and establishing long\-term relationships with his customers rather than selling someone work they don’t need\.
