Wonderful place and great massage! One thing that needs to be changed is that female customers should be asked if a male masseuse is ok when booking the appointment. I did not know until showing up that I was booked with a male. I decided to re-book with a female. Otherwise, great experience.
Great experience with Jordan!! She looked at my ideas, added her own creative expression and personal touch to make it work best for me! She was enjoyable to talk to during my appointment and was able to educate me on things about my hair type and problems that I’ve never had a stylist be able to provide solutions for in the decades of visiting salons.
*update 8/4/2026* i went with someone else for another visit recently for pedicures. We had Nora and Caroline and they were both absolutely wonderful! The Spa On West MaIn is without a doubt my favorite salon. The staff is always friendly and the stylists are top notch. I recently had a hair emergency and couldn’t get an appointment with my regular gal, Stacey. Another stylist, Sterling, was suggested and she consulted with Stacey as to what needed to be done with my disaster of a cut and color obtained in another state. The result was miraculous! I walked out of my appointment with a great cut and gorgeous color and low lights.
I also had a pedicure with Jillian and was very satisfied.
I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!
