Navigating the 203k loan process can be confusing and it was challenging to find a lender who had enough experience to properly walk us through the process. After a contractor abandoned the rehab of our home. I searched for 2 months for a contractor that does 203k financing to finish the work until I came across Scott of Dun-Rite. He came in and done quality work and at a great pace! Forever grateful
