“The first time I have used Howard Plumbing and I was very happy with their service. Josh and Dennis arrived in a timely manner within the window. They were very pleasant, professional, and the first thing they did was introduce themselves. They wanted me to show them the projects I wanted done today. Once I showed them each project, they got their tools and went to work. I liked that they asked me to look at each completed project (a shower head change and a new double shower head installed.) In the kitchen I was having them install a new faucet, and they discovered leaking sink drains. So they suggested replacing the drains and repiping under the sink. I agreed it was long overdue, and had I had been dealing with slow drains as well. Very happy with my new shower heads and kitchen faucet. Fresh and clean under the kitchen now with efficient drains. I appreciated that Josh and Dennis took the time to do everything right. They were both very friendly and nice to work with. I will definitely call Howard Plumbing again!“

“Called David E White after another company was unable to resolve a very stubborn clog in the kitchen drain line. David fielded the call personally at 7:30 in the morning and had 2 team members here at 10:00AM. After 90 minutes the kitchen sink was back in business and the job was done. Very nice and polite plumbers (Rick and Danny) explained the process as they went, answered questions I had, and accomplished what the other company could not after a 3 hour try the night before. I will be calling them for future work here for sure. Also, the price was extremely fair, less than half the original quote that the other company had given me. Will be my first call from now on.“

“Last winter our HVAC system stopped working. And of course it was in the middle of winter. Contacted Pro-Tech based on the advice from a community Facebook group. Had had another company out previously that I wasn't thrilled with. The service was top notch. Chris wad friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Turns out the other company installed the wrong fuse in the outside unit and it was loose, which is why the system was shutting off. My experience last winter sold me on the fact that I would never call another HVAC company besides Pro-Tech.Fast forward to this winter. Lost our heat again. Completely different issue, our thermostat decided to die on us, but wasn't sure why the system had stopped working at the time. Called Pro-Tech again and Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue, help me find a new thermostat that would work with the wiring and harness already present and gave me detailed instructions on setting up the new system once it arrived via Amazon. So we have heat again!Take my advice. If you need HVAC service and want a company you can trust, this is who you should call.“
“Had a clog somewhere in my drain. Went through 3 different plumbers and a septic guy come out to my house. No one solved the issue and I spent close to $1,000 trying to pay someone to fix it or solve it myself. I went a week without use of my bathroom, shower, or laundry because all would cause flooding if used.I called Mr. Plumber and Son and they had a guy out to me the same day. I was nervous at first because his first step was to do exactly what the other plumber did, however, he knows his trade and had my issue fixed with ease and the best part? It was CHEAPER than the other plumbers who couldn’t fix my issue.They even have a 30 day warranty that if my issue comes back because they actually didn’t fix it, then they come back out for free to look at it again.I couldn’t be happier with my service and would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.“

“We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system.
