From the first phone call to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and treated my home with respect. They carefully removed my old HVAC system and installed a new high-efficiency unit that has completely changed the comfort of my home.

The difference was noticeable immediately. My house cools down much faster, the temperature stays consistent in every room, and the system runs so quietly that I barely notice it's on. I'm also looking forward to seeing the savings on my monthly energy bills.

Update to my review from almost a year ago: another stellar experience with Smith & Rawlings. They responded immediately to my early-morning call and got someone out quickly. Brian diagnosed the problem, conferred with long-timer Larry, and my heat was up and running promptly. Bonus: it's now running more quietly than before. Thanks again!

Hands down a great stand-up company. Knows what they are doing and shows up on time. We called many companies locally that diddn't want to do damper control work, or just never showed up. Quality HVAC companies are hard to find. They have a customer for life.Service: Heating system repair
