Our mini splits were not pumping hot air during the coldest days this year. My husband called Alex and explained we have small children and no working heat. He came out the next day even though there was over 5 inches of snow and ice outside. He prioritized our issue and made sure we had working systems before the team left. He recommended what steps we should take to maintain the systems and save money long term. He will definitely be getting all of our future heat/ AC business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The prices are impossible to beat and the service is very personal. Alex is very knowledgeable and caring. Our air conditioning completely quit on a very, very hot day this summer and Alex was able to come by that very evening and get it working about 20 minutes after arriving!! We would have had to wait days with another company. Five stars. Support your small, local businesses like this one!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Gio was able to show up same day. He clearly explained to us which part was having issues. While the part was ordered he manually reset the heater so we could have heat for the night. Alex came back the next day and was very quick because he had received all the information from Gio so we didn’t have to explain anything over again. Very reasonable prices.
