Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue. I also like that I didn't have to pay for an estimate visit and then schedule a follow up for the repair. They came with the supplies they needed or was able to quickly get anything they needed that day to finish the job. Of note, the copper pipe repairs are beautiful. No splashed or messy soldering. “We needed to double the CFM in our return air side after installing a modern high-pressure HVAC system. AAA rebuilt the center hallway ceiling return air vent and added ceiling returns in the master bedroom and front entrance. The project took 1 day, and the crew were very careful about ramping dust, debris, etc. The price was right and our new returns, which replaced decades-old rigid pipes with a mix of insulated rigid and flexible, make the house feel balanced and the HVAC no longer is strangling when it runs. “Though we have since moved out of the area we used Zepp repeatedly and every time was a good experience. During Hurricane Sandy power went out Saturday night and our sump pump couldn't work, flooded our basement. Zepp came the next day (Sunday) and pumped out the basement, and installed a new sump pump. They were fast and efficient and the cost was reasonable for all the effort. Always a great experience.“

“I called for an appointment because I was without heat. Yosef returned my call and the appointment was set. Not only was this technician thorough and double checked everything, he was cognizant of my time and advised me if he was running a few minutes late. I want to make this clear, Home Comfort was the second company I called. The first company gave me an estimate of $469 to replace a $50.00 part they said was defective--there was nothing wrong with the part (which would have been under warranty anyway). Yosef found a burnt wire in the j-box which corrected the problem immediately. The other company never checked that! I rarely recommend anybody because I used to work in the home services field. I highly recommend his company! They are now my go to company for anything related to my HVAC system!“
