Adam, the Rooter-Man, came to the rescue!The homeowner warranty program we bought and used failed our routine rootering job request. Once they couldn't could complete the task, they left our house saying the the problem will require a different routing tip or possibly having to excavate outside the house. The plumber then reported to our warranty service that it was a pipe leak thus closing out the claim and we were out $65 and a tip. The kitchen sink was still retaining water so I don't know what leak they claimed. Zach was great. Both he and Adam take the time to understand the problem. They clearly communicate how the issue will be fixed. Take pictures of their work in progress and answer any questions. Zach extended our storm water drain and installed a catch basin instead of the pop up we had and what a huge difference. Now our system finally works. Highly recommend Rooter-Man.
