George Gibson is amazing. He came out. He was pleasant, nice and he explained everything to me repaired my air condition. I will use Len The Plumber again.
Also, I made the appointment this morning. They came out when they said they would. I needed them to come a little later and they made scheduling work beautifully.
Update (6/9/26). After having a follow-up phone call with the service manager, I am updating my rating to 5-stars to reflect David’s outstanding service (as noted below). I also want to commend the service manager for having a thoughtful conversation with me. I did recommend to the service manager that the company provide a more transparent bill/invoice to give the customer a better understanding of the overall pricing for the job.
