The technician was great about doing the job and took the time to explain why our system hadn’t been functioning properly. He advised to hold off because the system seems just fine - another example of how much this company stands for honesty and integrity because that would have been more $ in their pocket! So long as they continue being honest with me and showing me respect as a homeowner/consumer, I am a loyal Zepp customer!
