“On January 25, 2024 water began to back up into my kitchen sink and overflow onto the floor from another unit at the Vale Apartments in D.C. O'Conner Plumbing was sent to my unit. Previously, building maintenance came to the unit but remained outside because he refused to wear a mask offered even though I told him immune compromised individuals lived in the unit. On the other hand, I asked the two gentleman, Anthony and Dylan from 'O'Conner Plumbing if they mind putting on a mask I provided before entering the unit. They were kind, professional, obliging and gladly putting on the masks before entering the unit. They resolved the flooding problem and even lifted a large container that we used to catch the overflowing backup into the kitchen sink. They also emptied all the other containers that we used to catch nasty water in. I would like to thank Anthony who did the heavy lifting of the container and the great work he did in resolving the problem. Also, would like to thank Dylan who also worked to resolve the plumbing problem. I appreciate their kindness, professionalism and hard work to fix the issue I was having as quickly as possible. Both gentlemen had great attitudes, provided excellent customer service and knew how to be respectful in a customer's place of resistance Thanks O'Conner Plumbing for having such great employees. “I have used them 2 times to catch up on several plumbing issues. Slow Flushing toilet, kitchen sink clog, garbage disposal replacement, outside faucet replacement, Master shower thermostatic valve and copper pipe leaks (in the walls). Some of these projects were to repair poor workmanship by other large Plumbing companies. Every employee I interacted with was patient in listening to my concerns, engaged in troubleshooting the issues, knowledgeable about how to best to resolve the issue. I also like that I didn't have to pay for an estimate visit and then schedule a follow up for the repair. They came with the supplies they needed or was able to quickly get anything they needed that day to finish the job. Of note, the copper pipe repairs are beautiful. No splashed or messy soldering.
