“It was nice to be welcomed to a new, to me, yoga studio. Gretchen has a super clean and cool studio, upstairs in this small shopping area. The entrance is in the courtyard and parking is easy.
Practice was a little challenging but totally accessible for a non-expert like myself. The flow pace was perfect and I totally enjoyed it.
Life is good with yoga on a road trip!”
“Excellent communication and attention to detail. My body felt much better and pain was relieved in my shoulders. Looking forward towards more sessions for maintenance.”
“I've been going to Club Pilates Laurel for about a year now and I really love it. The instructors are great (Flo, Carolyn, Michelle, Voni, Sharmaine, Zach etc), the music is always top tier and the vibes are good! I don't feel intimidated or out of place and everyone is always very welcoming. If you're considering pilates you should definitely give Club Pilates Laurel a try!”
