The yoga here is top notch. Excellent instructors and the space is spacious and clean and bright. I do yoga in SF but whenever I’m in DC this is the only place I would consider doing yoga. Also nice that they donate funds to good causes, they have donation events celebrating Black History Month, AANHPI Month and things like that.
I've taken a handful of classes here, that were expertly designed and taught. The studio is big and airy. They had ample supplies and props so even in a very full class we had plenty of space and enough equipment. Most recently, Heather subbed for Denesia and it was great!
Yoga district is a great local DC chain offering yoga classes for an affordable price. The staff has been very welcoming and the instructors are great and will give you pointers on how to improve your form. They have all your normal yoga equipment from straps, blocks, and you can borrow a mat if you don't have your own. They have several locations all over the DC area. They also offer special classes and outdoor classes as well.
