The front desk staff is very welcoming & they are super friendly ! The instructor was very informative & patient with us first timers ! I can tell I'm gonna love it here !

Never answer their phones, at least the instructors are nice or I’d never come here. Btw I didn’t call once for example today (happened 2 weeks ago as well) I called exactly 8 times spread out within an hour no one picked up. Either they’re deliberately ignoring calls or are working out with the classes & can’t be bothered.

I am a month into consistently attending classes 2x per week and I am so pleased with the staff and classes offered! The cardio sculpt is both fun and challenging and the Restore is perfect after a hard workout! My posture and strength have greatly improved just a month in! Love Loni Love and Alisas classes! The playlist is always fire and so many good vibes! Thanks to the staff here! Keep up the good work
